According to President and CEO Nick Schneider, the Revelstoke deal will give Arctic Wolf customers access to more custom rules and automation within the core platform along with greater capabilities around existing third-party integrations. Clients will get faster and more meaningful integrations, automated response actions with existing and future products, and more capability to influence automations or workflows (see: Arctic Wolf Gets $401M From Owl Rock to Pursue Acquisitions).
"SOAR is all about improving the efficiency and the effectiveness of the manner in which you're sorting through an incredible amount of data and an incredible amount of insights," Schneider said. "We had built quite a bit of that technology and quite a bit of that functionality into our core platform. Revelstoke has some interesting new ways to view some of those problems and some interesting new insights."
In this video interview with Information Security Media Group, Schneider also discussed:
- How the AI and ML know-how of Arctic Wolf and Revelstoke will come together;
- Key integration milestones and a timetable for the Revelstoke acquisition;
- The potential for more Arctic Wolf M&A deals in the security operations space.
